Offplan resale selling

If you bought offplan and are looking to sell before or after handover, you're entering the secondary offplan market. This requires different expertise than traditional resale.

The key difference is the assignment. In offplan resales, you transfer your original purchase agreement (NOC — No Objection Certificate) to a new buyer. You don't own the property at registration; you're selling your right to buy it. This is faster, has different tax implications, and appeals to a specific buyer segment. We specialise in structuring these deals — explaining the process to buyers, handling escrow, and managing NOC coordination with developers.

Typical NOC assignments take 15–30 days. For post-handover resales, the process is standard property transfer. Either way, we manage the full transaction, buyer qualification, and close.
